Advance Payment Policy

No Refund on Advance Amount: Once a booking is confirmed, the advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as materials and slots are reserved immediately.

Cancellation Rules

If you cancel your booking after confirmation, the advance amount will be forfeited.
In case of event rescheduling, please contact our team at least 48 hours in advance (subject to slot availability).

Return Policy

Due to the nature of customized event decoration services, physical returns are not applicable once the service/setup is completed at the venue.
